The Master's Edge Kitchen Knife Sharpening System (Video)
December 18, 2017
Lansky's Master's Edge is a turn box style sharpener that works as well in the field as it does in the kitchen. Features of the Master's Edge include a pair of 9-inch medium rods for sharpening, a pair of 9-inch fine ceramic rods for professional grade polishing, a medium ceramic triangular rod for sharpening serrations awls and fish hooks, a rubber non-slip base with easy snap-in rod storage, and an integrated hand guard for your protection.
The Master's Edge has three preset rod angles designed to provide a precise edge: 17 degrees, 20 degrees, and 25 degrees; the perfect angle for hunting, camping, utility and chef's knives.
If you're looking for something with a shorter rod style, try Lansky's turn box with 5-inch rods. It is light enough to store in a backpack and has 20 and 25 degree angles. It also includes an internal rod storage in the base.
