Black Jack are great knives if you have a fialry deep pocket book. They run upwards of 200. Or Mula knives are very nice and they start around 50. Mula knives are relatively easy to find Sportsman's Warehouse usually carries them. I own a couple of Mula's and one Black Jack, the Black Jack can't be replaced in my book though you can gut and skin 2 elk 1 antelope and 2 deer without sharpening, and with Mula you can gut and skin 1 elk or about 2 deer without sharpening.
